LONDON – Gilles Delfassy, who was until recently CEO of mobile chip vendor ST-Ericsson NV, has joined the board of processor intellectual property licensor Imagination Technologies Group plc (Kings Langley, England) as an independent non-executive director.
Delfassy will serve on the remuneration and audit committees at Imagination, the company said.
Prior to joining ST-Ericsson Delfassy was head of the wireless business unit of Texas Instruments Inc. and spent 28 years at the company up until his departure in 2007. Delfassy has also served as a board director at several public and private companies in the United States and in Europe.
