Xilinx spotlights All Programmable Technology at NIWeek 2012

The folks at Xilinx have announced their participation at NIWeek 2012, booth #618, August 6-9, 2012 at the Austin Convention Center.

Larry Getman, Xilinx vice president, processing platforms marketing, will kick off Xilinx activities at the Future of System Design Symposium, where he will deliver a keynote on the evolution of ‘all programmable’ platforms and system design tools.

During the week, both Xilinx and National Instruments will highlight how they have collaborated to extend the value of programmable technology that is enabling its customers to develop accelerated systems targeting a wide variety of applications. As a celebration of Xilinx and NI technology innovation, Xilinx will also present the featured award, “The NI LabVIEW FPGA Innovation Award,” which recognizes the paper that details the most original application using the NI LabVIEW system design software to program the field programmable gate array (FPGA) in NI hardware. Through a symposium keynote, in-booth demonstrations, technical presentations and expert panels, attendees will learn how NI and Xilinx solutions accelerate productivity and system performance.
